Ordering & Shipping
We ship to the UK only & aim to get orders dispatched within 7 working days, often sooner.
All orders are sent via standard delivery services (no tracking).
We use Royal Mail for all orders.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We accept returns & exchanges on most of our items, as long as they are in re-sellable condition.
If you need to exchange for a different size or request refund, please send us an email so we can confirm size availability at [email protected].

All return order issues must be handled within 21 days of order date.

Since we are a small independent business all postage on returns and exchanges are at the cost of the buyer - thanks for your support & understanding! Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
